Family-oriented environment and activity offerings.
The hotel lacks proper cleaning services, which was frustrating. Our two-bedroom apartment felt a bit cold due to inadequate heating. The ski equipment storage was unheated and insufficient for a comfortable stay.

staying here was fantastic because it was just a short walk to the stunning Promenade le Lac du Lou, where I enjoyed peaceful strolls by the lake, and the nearby la Fromagerie des Belleville offered delicious local cheese that was perfect for a picnic after exploring the surroundings.

The spacious kids club provides ample entertainment for families, catering especially to younger guests with a variety of activities.
No daily housekeeping services can be a hassle when you're sharing a room, especially with larger groups. The ski room is outdated and lacks heating for your boots, making it less than ideal after a long day on the slopes. Some rooms do not have mountain views as advertised, and the lack of proper window seals can leave them feeling cold at night.

The buffet food offers a great variety for everyone, which kept meals interesting. Staff friendliness stood out. they were always willing to help. Our room had stunning mountain views, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Showers were powerful, providing a refreshing way to unwind. On the downside, the lack of daily cleaning was noticeable, especially since I shared a two-bedroom apartment. Rooms felt a bit cold at times due to inadequate heating, which affected our comfort. the ski room was old and not well-equipped, offering minimal storage for ski gear. Noise levels from children could be a concern if you're looking for a quieter retreat. it’s a mix of great experiences and areas that could definitely use some attention.

Perfect for ski lovers
I thought that it was extremely good value for money! ! We went for the first week of the UK Easter holidays and the children seemed to be very well catered for. The staff were always very helpful, and the free wine with the evening meal was an unexpected and welcome bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a powerful shower that made unwinding after skiing feel incredible.
It wasn’t the cheapest experience but still acceptable.
